MCTT is based on the principle that children form their identities in large part by emulating the adults around them.
MCTT takes individuals through a process of reflection on self, others and society, in order to create environments based on a vision for children in their care.
As a result of taking part in MCTT, participants have realised their personal goals and transformed practice in their settings.
MCTT consists of seven modules which can be delivered to:
- Parents and practitioners together
- Managers and senior practitioners who will cascade their learning to staff in their setting.
