We have built up a strong track record in offering consultancies that are relevant and insightful. Our experiences of working with small and large scale organisations in the voluntary and statutory sectors nationally means we are able to bring national and local perspectives to all our consultancies.

Our consultancies are carried out in close collaboration with our clients to ensure our services are always responding to need. We are both flexible and focussed in our approach which means we make the most of unexpected opportunities whilst delivering to time and budget. Our consultancies often lead to national dissemination of findings and development of good practice.

We are experienced facilitators of groups and carry out consultations with parents, carers, children, service providers, from Directorate to practitioner levels, and Members. Our consultations are fun and sensitive, and we create safe environments for people to feel able to fully articulate their views and opinions.

We are committed to building and leaving behind the knowledge base developed through our consultancies so individuals are more effective in implementing any recommendations and strategies arising from the consultancies.

Examples of some of our consultancies:

	Evaluations of national training programmes, Children’s Fund programmes and action research projects.
	Feasibility studies into new ways of delivering services for community and voluntary sector agencies
	Organising large scale Children’s arts festivals as part of a major consultation event
	Play policies and Play strategies for local authorities in England and Wales
	Developing a partnership structure between voluntary play organisations and the local authority to distribute Government funding for play in Wrexham.
